As a Yunnan cuisine restaurant with Michelin and black pearl, Hong 0871 has dug deep into the ingredients of small areas in the plateau, bringing unique and rare ingredients created by the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, and transformed Yunnan cuisine into more new possibilities through unique modern cooking. Jia Cheng Jia Mei perfectly integrates the infinite customs of Yunnan with taste buds, skillfully integrates Yunnan's magnificent mountains and rivers, rich products, and colorful folk customs, so that diners encounter the taste of new life on the tongue.
