Beijing Kitchen, which has been on the Black Pearl list for six consecutive years, was founded by Michelin star chef Gu Zhihui, inherits traditional Cantonese cuisine and stresses not eating from time to time. Under the camera of Jia Cheng Jia Mei, each dish seems to tell a story, from the careful selection of materials to the precision of the fire, all of which show the ingenuity of the chef, they span the screen, so that diners can feel its taste and know its feelings before they see its shape, and stimulate unlimited reverie and appetite.
