Yerishali, which means earth in the Uyghur language, absorbs the characteristics of Muslim cuisine from countries along the Silk Road and forms a unique Western regions food concept, allowing diners to enjoy authentic Xinjiang taste in Altai. In terms of design, we integrate the vastness and splendor of Xinjiang, use bright colors and unique patterns to outline the appearance of that distant and mysterious land, and accurately capture the original beauty of the ingredients to inspire diners' endless reverie and yearning.
耶里夏丽在维吾尔语中是地球的意思，吸收丝绸之路沿途各国的穆斯林美食特色，形成了别具一格的西域饮食理念，让食客不到阿勒泰，在本地也能上正宗新疆味。设计上，我们融合了新疆的辽阔与绚烂，运用鲜明的色彩与独特的图案，勾勒出那片遥远而神秘土地的风貌，配图则精准捕捉了食材的原生之美，激发食客无尽的遐想与向往。
